Ferrero Rocher pancake recipe

Made with a cocoa batter blend, plenty of Nutella, and hazelnuts, this stack of pancakes also are covered with editable gold to make them even extra decadent.   • For The Batter:
  • 100g simple flour
  • 30g properly quality cocoa
  • 40g Billington’s golden caster sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Two large eggs
  • 35g butter, melted
  • 300ml complete fat milk
  • Pinch of desk salt
  • For The Fillings And Topping:
  • Five Askeys conventional ice cream cones smashed
  • 150g Nutella
  • Gold glitter spray via Cake Décor
  • For The Ferrero Rocher Sign:
  • Dr. Oetker ‘Ready to Use’ white fondant icing
  • Tube of gold writing icing
  • Method

To make the pancakes: Combine the flour, cocoa, golden caster sugar, baking electricity, large eggs, and melted butter. Then, gradually whisk inside the milk a bit at a time until the mixture is easy. Add to the saucepan and warmth on each facet until cooked. Set apart, and make two greater.

To fill: Top your first pancake along with your Nutella and sprinkle over your beaten ice-cream cones, earlier than setting any other pancake on top.
