After months of the launch of Antyodaya Saral, an initiative by way of the Haryana Government that promised 485 services of 37 departments online, it has emerged that the printing and stationery department, notwithstanding supplying just one provider, is the worst performer.

“Through the Antyodaya Saral platform, comprehensive data on the performance of departments and districts are being generated for residents availing a scheme or provider. The CM uses the branch and district leadership forums to review performance. It guarantees that benefits of schemes and offerings are attaining the residents within time,” said Dr. Rakesh Gupta, Project Director, CM’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Haryana.
The Haryana Shehari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), which offers fifty-two services, is the 1/3 worst because it has over 50% programs that haven’t been addressed. It has three,048 pending packages, and 1,536 (50.Four%) are at the back of the RTS time table.
However, the agriculture department, which gives eight offerings, is the quality performer with just 11 packages (zero.2 %) delayed out of a complete of 5,829 pending ones. It has a rating of 10.
