PANAJI: Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar stated Sunday that he desires to transform India right into a game-playing nation from a sports-loving one. “On some events, I even have referred to that India is a sports activities-loving state but not a sports activities-gambling country. That is why my goal is to transform India into a sports-playing state,” he said, talking to newshounds at a function in South Goa district. When it comes to fitness, there’s continuous scope for improvement, he stated.
“I recognize all of us want to experience healthy. But the facts, the numbers, do not say so. There are masses of room for improvement. That is the message I need to present to everybody,” he said. He referred to that about selecting a profession; the mindset is changing. “Parents are open-minded now. You have such a lot of celebrated chefs and expert dancers. India is slowly, slowly changing,” he stated. “Today, the selection is not just constrained to whether you want to be a physician or an engineer,” Tendulkar stated.
